IYRS and the Museum of Yachting are perfect settings to hold your next event.
IYRS Facilities
Restoration Hall, a historic 18,000 square foot former electricity plant built in 1903, houses the school workspace. With soaring ceilings and a mezzanine catwalk, the hall provides a dramatic setting for a larger gathering, but can also be configured to accommodate more intimate meetings. The hall can hold a seated banquet for up to 350 guests.

Let your guests experience a slice of historic Newport. In addition to its architecturally and historically important buildings, IYRS also maintains a marina in Newport harbor dedicated to classic yachts, with water access including dockage and parking.

Museum of Yachting Facilities
The Museum of Yachting offers an unparalleled setting directly on the waterfront of Newport Harbor. Your
guests will enjoy private access to one of the country's top sailing museums. The Museum can handle approximately 100 people inside its facilities. Events of over 100 people can be held under a tent on the front lawn of the Museum overlooking Newport Harbor.

Fort Adams, located next door to the Museum, is available for non-sailing related events. Go to the Fort Adams website for more information on renting their facility.
